Ordinance granting the petition of Sunset Opportunities B1, LLC and Sunset C1, LLC for the establishment of the Downtown SoMi Community Development District, generally bounded on the north by Harriet Tubman Highway (U.S. 1), on the east by SW 57 Avenue (Red Road), on the south by SW 72 Street (Sunset Drive), and on the west by SW 58 Avenue. The development is a proposed 10.16-acre mixed-use development within the City of South Miami.
