Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-636-26 (File Number 260314) on 7/21/2026, approving a land exchange between Miami-Dade County and the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD). The County will receive five fee simple parcels (Parcels 2, 5, 7, 8, and 11) totaling 1.318 acres from SFWMD, located along the west right-of-way line of SW 157th Avenue between SW 42nd Street and SW 26th Street, required for roadway improvements to SW 157th Avenue.
