Miami-Dade County approved a land exchange with the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) for roadway improvements to SW 157th Avenue. The County will receive five fee simple parcels (Parcels 2, 5, 7, 8, and 11) totaling 1.318 acres from SFWMD, located along the west right-of-way line of SW 157th Avenue between SW 42nd Street and SW 26th Street.
