The project will preserve or provide approximately 220 units of rental housing for low, moderate, or middle income persons or families. The borrower is Colony Lakes Housing, L.P., a New York limited partnership. The resolution was adopted on 7/21/2026. The public hearing disclosed no reason why the debt should not be issued. The Series 2026 Bonds are expected to be issued by September of 2026.
