Resolution approving the issuance of multifamily housing revenue debt obligations by the Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County, Florida, in an amount not to exceed $32,680,000.00, for the acquisition and rehabilitation of the Colony Lakes multifamily housing rental project. The project is located on an approximately 15 acre site at 1500 East Mowry Drive, Homestead, Miami-Dade County, Florida. The project will preserve or provide approximately 220 units of rental housing for persons or families of low, moderate or middle income. The borrower is Colony Lakes Housing, L.P., a New York limited partnership. The resolution was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on July 21, 2026. The public hearing disclosed no reason why the debt should not be issued. The Series 2026 Bonds are expected to be issued by September of 2026.
