Resolution approving issuance of multifamily housing revenue debt obligations not to exceed $32,680,000 by the Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County, Florida, loaned to Colony Lakes Housing, L.P., to finance acquisition and rehabilitation of the Colony Lakes multifamily housing rental project at 1500 East Mowry Drive, Homestead, Miami-Dade County, Florida, on an approximately 15 acre site, preserving or providing approximately 220 units of rental housing for low, moderate or middle income persons or families. Adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on 7/21/2026. Public hearing held by the Authority on 6/17/2026 disclosed no reason why the debt should not be issued. Series 2026 Bonds expected to be issued by September 2026.
