The Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-666-26 approving the issuance of up to $20,000,000 in multifamily housing revenue debt by the Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County, with proceeds loaned to Liberty Renaissance Apartments LLC for the Liberty Renaissance project. The project is on an approximately 1.91 acre site at 1305-1361 NW 61 Street and 1320-1370 NW 61 Street, Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida, and will preserve or provide approximately 98 units of rental housing for elderly persons or families of low, moderate or middle income. The public hearing on June 17, 2026 disclosed no reason why the debt should not be issued. The Series 2026 Bonds are expected to be issued by October of 2026.
