Resolution adopted on 7/21/2026 approving issuance of up to $20,000,000 in multifamily housing revenue debt obligations by the Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County, Florida, loaned to Liberty Renaissance Apartments LLC, to finance a portion of costs for acquisition and construction of Liberty Renaissance, a multifamily housing rental project on an approximately 1.91 acre site at 1305-1361 NW 61 Street and 1320-1370 NW 61 Street, Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida, preserving or providing approximately 98 units of rental housing for elderly persons or families of low, moderate or middle income. The public hearing on June 17, 2026 disclosed no reason why the debt should not be issued. The Series 2026 Bonds are expected to be issued by October of 2026.
