Resolution approving issuance of up to $20,000,000 in multifamily housing revenue debt obligations by the Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County, Florida, loaned to Liberty Renaissance Apartments LLC, to finance a portion of the costs of acquisition and construction of the Liberty Renaissance multifamily housing rental project, approximately 98 units of rental housing for elderly persons or families of low, moderate or middle income, on an approximately 1.91 acre site at 1305-1361 NW 61 Street and 1320-1370 NW 61 Street, Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida. Adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on 7/21/2026. Public hearing held by the Authority on 6/17/2026 disclosed no reason why the Debt should not be issued. Series 2026 Bonds expected to be issued by October of 2026.
