Resolution approving issuance of up to $20,000,000 in multifamily housing revenue debt by the Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County, loaned to Liberty Renaissance Apartments LLC for the Liberty Renaissance multifamily rental project. The project is on an approximately 1.91 acre site at 1305-1361 NW 61 Street and 1320-1370 NW 61 Street, Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida. It will preserve or provide approximately 98 units of rental housing for elderly persons or families of low, moderate or middle income. The resolution was adopted on 7/21/2026. The public hearing on 6/17/2026 disclosed no reason why the debt should not be issued. The Series 2026 Bonds are expected to be issued by October of 2026.
