Resolution approving the issuance of up to $20,000,000 in multifamily housing revenue debt obligations by the Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County, Florida, with proceeds loaned to Liberty Renaissance Apartments LLC to finance a portion of the costs of acquisition and construction of the Liberty Renaissance multifamily housing rental project. The project is located on an approximately 1.91 acre site at 1305-1361 NW 61 Street and 1320-1370 NW 61 Street, Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida. The project will preserve or provide approximately 98 units of rental housing for elderly persons or families of low, moderate or middle income. The resolution was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on July 21, 2026. A public hearing was held by the Authority on June 17, 2026, and disclosed no reason why the debt should not be issued. The Series 2026 Bonds are expected to be issued by October of 2026.
