The Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-600-26 approving the plat of Verdana East, filed by TPG AG EHC III (LEN) MULTI STATE 2, LLC. The plat is located in the SW 1/4 of Section 12, Township 56 South, Range 39 East, bounded on the north by SW 212 Street, on the east approximately 100 feet west of SW 125 Path, on the south approximately 615 feet north of SW 216 Street, and on the west by SW 127 Avenue. The project consists of 54 single family residences on 54 parcels, zoned RU-1M(a). The plat was adopted on July 21, 2026. The developer is required to connect to public water and public sanitary sewers. The developer's obligation includes drainage, pavement, milling, resurfacing, sidewalk, curb and gutter, valley gutter, curb, street name signs, traffic control signs, pavement markings, detectable warning surfaces, mobilization, clearing, embankment, maintenance of traffic, and monumentation, bonded under bond number SB2026000032 in the amount of $1,981,700.
