The Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-693-26, File Number 261327, approving a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for the Ludlam Trail Development Project. The project will transform a 5.6-mile segment of the former Florida East Coast Railroad into a continuous, publicly accessible shared-use trail. The project will obtain ENVISION Silver certification. The contract was awarded under full and open competition, with 7 proposals received. The firm was the highest-ranked proposer by the Competitive Selection Committee. The final action was adoption on July 21, 2026.
