Resolution ratifying Emergency Contract No. E-10663 for MDPLS Microsoft Licenses to Insight Public Sector, Inc. in the amount of $1,700,000.00 for a three-year term for the Communications, Information and Technology Department on behalf of the Miami-Dade Public Library System. The contract was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on 7/21/2026. The emergency was declared by the CITD Director on January 15, 2026 due to Microsoft's transition from its Educational Licensing Program to its Nonprofit Licensing Program. The contract expires on January 14, 2029. The scope is countywide. Funding is from the Library District FY 25-26 Adopted Budget, Volume 2, Page 207, Other Operating (MDPLS).
