Resolution approving award of a competitive revenue-generating contract, Contract No. EVN0002968, Passenger Lounge at MIA, to AD Partnership, LLC with projected revenue of $93,800,000.00 for a 15-year term for Miami-Dade Aviation Department. The lounge will be located on the third floor of Concourse E at Miami International Airport, above Gate E7.
