Resolution approving the plat of QRT Northwest Residences, filed by Miami-Dade County, located in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 5, Township 56 South, Range 40 East, bounded on the north approximately 260 feet south of SW 184 Street, on the east by Homestead Avenue, on the south approximately 290 feet north of SW 186 Street, and on the west approximately 300 feet east of SW 103 Court. The plat is a replat of a portion of Lot 5, 'Perrine Grant,' recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 4. Zoning is PECUC. Proposed usage is 106 apartments. Number of parcels is one. The plat meets concurrency. The 106 apartments were determined to be within feasible distance to public water and sanitary sewers; as a condition of approval, the development is required to connect to public water and public sanitary sewers.
