Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-608-26 (File Number 260928) on July 21, 2026, approving a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with EAC Consulting, Inc. for Contract No. E25AV01D. The contract is subject to the Sea Level Rise Ordinance and the Sustainable Buildings Program. The contract has an 18 percent Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Architectural & Engineering (A&E) contract measure. The contract is the fourth of five agreements recommended for award; the other four are HDR Engineering, Inc. (E25AV01A), Ardurra Group, Inc. (E25AV01B), Nifah & Partners Consulting Engineers, Inc. (E25AV01C), and CES Consultants, Inc. (E25AV01E).
