Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-607-26 (File Number 260913) on July 21, 2026, approving a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with HDR Engineering, Inc. for general engineering and inspection services at Miami International Airport. The Competitive Selection Committee recommended HDR as the first highest-ranked firm. The contract is non-exclusive, and work will be assigned on a rotational basis among the five PSAs.
