PSA AWARD TO NIFAH AND PARTNERS

Miami-Dade County approved a non-exclusive Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Nifah & Partners Consulting Engineers, Inc. as part of a pool of architectural and engineering consultants to provide general engineering and inspection services for the Miami-Dade Aviation Department at Miami International Airport. The contract is for a combined maximum amount of $41,353,125.00 for a term of five years with one five-year renewal option. The work will be assigned by MDAD on a rotational basis, with no minimum amount of work committed to any one firm. The scope includes routine construction inspection, threshold inspection, commissioning, quality assurance, progress reporting, and performance documentation for Capital Improvement Program projects. The contract was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on July 21, 2026, after being forwarded with a favorable recommendation from the Aviation and Seaport Committee on June 8, 2026.
