Ordinance amending Section 33C-2 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, Florida, to add certain private properties to the Metromover Subzone of the Rapid Transit Zone. The properties are located at 66 SW 6 Street (Folio 01-0205-030-1060), 625 SW 1 Avenue (Folio 01-0205-030-1061), and 54 SW 6th Street (Folio 01-0205-030-1050). The ordinance was adopted on first reading on 7/21/2026 and set for a public hearing before the Transportation Committee on 9/9/2026. A scrivener's error was noted: the address in the third line of the first whereas clause should read 54 NW 6th Street (per one report) and 54 SW 6th Street (per another report).
