REQUEST TO EXECUTE AN AMENDED AND RESTATED COUNTY DEED

The Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution R-694-26, authorizing the execution of an Amended and Restated County Deed for Palmetto Homes Urban Development Group, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, and granting a two-year extension to construct, complete, and sell single family homes to qualified homebuyers through the Infill Housing Program. The prior extension expired on March 27, 2026. Palmetto Homes submitted a request on October 6, 2025.
