Resolution ratifying Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. S-930B between Miami-Dade County and Daniel O'Connell's Sons, Inc. for the ST-2D-B South District Wastewater Treatment Plant (SDWWTP) Substations 5/6 and 15/16 project.
