Resolution approving an interlocal agreement among Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe, and Palm Beach counties for services related to the Southeast Florida Regional Climate Change Compact by the Institute for Sustainable Communities. Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties will each contribute $285,000.00 total over three years, and Monroe County will contribute $30,000.00 total, over fiscal years 2027-2029. Broward County will retain and supervise the Institute for Sustainable Communities. Adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on 7/21/2026.
