Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) is considering the proposed Fiscal Year 2026-27 Unincorporated Municipal Service Area (UMSA) operating millage rate. The proposed rate is 1.9090 mills. This rate is intended to generate $260.965 million in ad valorem revenue for UMSA operations.
