Miami-Dade County approved the award of two Professional Services Agreements (PSAs) to CHA Consulting, Inc. and Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. for general engineering consultant services. The agreements are countywide in nature, covering a wide range of engineering, surveying, architectural, landscaping, technical, management, and administrative services. The combined maximum amount is $28,600,000.00, inclusive of contingency, for a five-year term with one two-year option to renew. The agreements are Work Order-driven and will support projects within the Five-Year Implementation Plan of the People's Transportation Plan for Fiscal Years 2026-30, such as transit facility and park-and-ride improvements. The resolution was adopted on September 1, 2026.
