Resolution ratifying Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. S-931 between Miami-Dade County and Poole & Kent Company of Florida for the South District Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Program Construction Package ST-2A Headworks 3, Oxygenation (O2) Trains 9 & 10, and Substation 57/58.
