The plan also includes redevelopment, rehabilitation, and modernization of existing public housing units, leveraging CNI funding, the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program, Section 18/RAD Blends, and Restore-Rebuild. The approval of this item will not result in a fiscal impact to the County's General Fund. The plan must be submitted to HUD no later than December 1, 2026.
