Resolution authorizing acceptance of FPL's bid of $83,250.00 for a non-exclusive utility easement over a 1,350 square foot portion of County-owned property at 12400 NW 32 Avenue, Miami, Florida (Folio 30-2128-020-1020), declaring that portion surplus, and authorizing conveyance to FPL for overhead and underground electric utility facilities. The Infrastructure, Innovation & Technology Committee forwarded it to the BCC with a favorable recommendation on 9/10/2026; the BCC agenda date is 10/6/2026. The property is under the Water and Sewer Department (WASD) jurisdiction, adjacent to Pump Station No. 0387 (PS-387). The easement area extends from the northern boundary to the southern boundary along the eastern 15-foot portion of the property.
