AGREEMENT WITH DHS - TRAIL GLADES

Resolution ratifying an agreement between Miami-Dade County and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection Agency for a one-year term with estimated payment of $216,320.00 for use of the Trail Glades Range facilities for training purposes. The facility is located at 17601 S.W. 8th Street within Commission District 12. The agreement is retroactively ratified, authorizes the County Mayor or designee to execute the agreement, and delegates authority for future agreements with CBP for use of the range. CBP has utilized the range facilities since 2010. The agreement provides revenue of up to $16,640 per month.
