Resolution authorizing a maintenance map for SW 268th Street at its intersections with SW 145th Avenue Road and SW 139th Avenue, Section 34, Township 56 South, Range 39 East, Miami-Dade County, Florida. The Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) is constructing roadway improvements to SW 268 Street from US Highway No. 1/State Road No 5 to SW 139th Avenue, including milling and resurfacing; adjustment of valve boxes, manholes, ADA ramps, and connectors if needed; and pavement markings and signage. The areas depicted contain a fully operational intersection with traffic lanes and other utilities, maintained for more than seven years. The maintenance map is to be recorded as prima facie evidence of ownership pursuant to Section 95.361, Florida Statutes.
