Ordinance amending Section 33C-2 of the Code of Miami-Dade County to add certain private properties to the Metromover Subzone of the Rapid Transit Zone. Properties are located at 407 NE 17 Terrace (Folio 01-3231-003-0690), 1771 and 1783 NE 4 Avenue (Folio 01-3231-003-0670), and 1795 NE 4 Avenue (Folio 01-3231-003-0660). The change is from not being in the Metromover Subzone to being included in the Metromover Subzone, which allows the County to exercise land use regulatory jurisdiction and provides for increased density and transit-oriented development.
