The City of Palatka Community Redevelopment Agency is reviewing the condition of recently improved intersections along the St. Johns Avenue Corridor. These improvements, completed in August 2022, are showing signs of premature deterioration, including failing pavers and surface deformation. A formal failure analysis is planned to determine the root cause and develop design specifications for reconstruction.
