A property owner in the North Historic District of Palatka is planning to add a stockade wood fence with a black metal gate to the back and side yards of their home at 313 Madison Street. The project also includes building a pine wood accessibility deck with a side ramp on the back of the structure, featuring baluster railings and white lattice trim. Regular maintenance, including replacing pine siding and painting the structure yellow, is also part of the ongoing needs. This project is currently under review by the Historic Preservation Board.
