Pasco County is seeking design services for multiple fire stations. The county has shortlisted four architectural firms: Wannemacher Jensen Architects, Inc.; Sweet Sparkman Architects, Inc.; Grace Design Studios; and Long and Associates. The Board of County Commissioners is recommended to approve this shortlist and allow the County Administrator to negotiate and sign a contract with the top-ranked firm, Wannemacher. If an agreement isn't reached, negotiations will proceed with the next firms on the list. This process is currently under review, with a decision expected soon. The project will involve architectural design services for new fire stations, which will lead to future construction phases.
