This item concerns a development project that is currently under review. The developer and their engineering firm will be responsible for responding to questions from interested bidders and distributing these responses to all potential bidders who have purchased bid documents. Any bid addendums or Requests for Information must also be provided to the County. The project scope includes site clearing and grading, underground utility work, paving, vertical construction, and final landscaping.
