The Pasco Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is developing its Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) for Fiscal Years 2027-2028. This program outlines planned transportation planning activities and tasks. The MPO will procure necessary equipment, furniture, software, and services, with items over $10,000 requiring Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) pre-approval. The UPWP also includes administrative support for MPO programs, grant support, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
