The Pasco Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Board is reviewing several key transportation planning documents. These include the Draft MPO 2026 List of Project Priorities (LOPP), the Draft MPO FY 2027-2031 Transportation Improvement Program, and amendments to the FY2026-2030 Transportation Improvement Program. Additionally, the Final Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) for Fiscal Years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028, and the Consolidated Planning Grant (CPG) for FY 2027 - FY 2028 are under review. The Pasco County Safety Action Plan and a Vision Zero Resolution are also being considered. These items are currently planned or under review, with recommendations for approval. This process will set priorities and guide future transportation projects, potentially involving site clearing, grading, utility work, paving, and construction trades. Local contractors, suppliers, and service providers are encouraged to engage early to understand upcoming project needs and compete for future work before detailed plans and bids are finalized.
