20. Cross sections for internal streets located within the Village Center, but which are not VOPH

The Villages of Pasadena Hills Planning and Policy Committee is reviewing proposed cross sections for internal streets within the Village Center. These streets are not primary or intermediate roadways. The plan requires these internal street designs to be approved along with the Preliminary Development Plan (PDP), Project Specific Plan (PSP), or Construction Plans that cover any part of the Village Center. The goal is to support a walkable, pedestrian-friendly design for the Village Centers, including streetscape elements and on-street parking if the Developer chooses to implement it.
