- Deviating from the agenda, Chair Eggers indicated that Commissioner Flowers may need to leave the meeting early and would like the opportunity to rejoin virtually; and that a motion is needed to allow her to do so; whereupon, Commissioner Nowicki made a motion, which was seconded by Commissioner Latvala and carried unanimously.
