The City of Cocoa Beach is seeking professional landscape architectural services for the beautification of eight existing landscape medians located along State Road 520 from Bicentennial Park to Ocean Beach Blvd. This is a budgeted capital item. Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. has been engaged for this project. The scope includes preparing concept landscape plans, landscape construction documents, project management, bidding and permitting assistance, and Joint Participation Agreement (JPA) assistance. The total fee for these services is $64,055.
