The Planning Advisory Board (PAB) met on May 20, 2026. The board approved the minutes from the March 18, 2026 meeting. A public hearing for a Conditional Use with Site Plan Waiver (CU-26-0008) to establish child care, office, retail, restaurant, business, and personal services at 617 N. John Young Parkway was continued to the June 3, 2026 PAB meeting. The motion to continue passed 3-1. The meeting was adjourned at 7:13 PM.
