[1460 North Lakewood; case AX-12-25-09 & RZ-25-12-19, VAC-26-040, ITB #26-004] The Ocoee City Commission will consider the second reading of an ordinance for 1460 North Lakewood PUD, involving annexation and rezoning from Orange County A-1 (Citrus Rural District) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) with a PUD Land Use Plan. The project number is AX-12-25-09 & RZ-25-12-19. The City Commission will also consider the approval of a resolution for the abandonment and vacation of the right of way for North Cumberland Avenue Vacate (Project No. VAC-26-040). Additionally, the commission will consider awarding Invitation to Bid (ITB) #26-004 for the Lakewood Avenue North Gravity Sewer Project Phase 1 & 2.
