[1460 North Lakewood PUD; case AX-12-25-09 & RZ-25-12-19, CPA-2026-001, VAC-26-040] Ocoee City Commission meeting on April 21, 2026. Key decisions included approval of the Consent Agenda items, which included awarding a Neighborhood Matching Grant totaling $18,546.28 to ten neighborhood associations, approval to submit an EMS Grant for AEDs, approval to award a bid for the Lakewood Avenue North Gravity Sewer Project Phase 1 & 2, and approval of a replacement vehicle purchase request.
