[case ORDINANCE NO. 2026-10] City Commission approved on first reading an administrative amendment to Section 22-86 of Article II, Sewers, of Chapter 22, Water and Sewers. This amendment will prohibit hazardous waste pharmaceuticals within the sewer system. [case ORDINANCE NO. 2026-08] City Commission approved on second reading an amendment to Code of Ordinances 15-92 and 15-99 regarding the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages. This amendment allows for the sale and consumption of commercially packaged low proof alcoholic beverages in parks and recreation areas.
