The City Council is considering the disposition of real property at 1015 N E Street, Pensacola, FL 32501, formerly the Alice S. Williams Childcare facility. The property is to be declared surplus and disposed of via Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 26-004 for lease. The City Council is recommended to award RFP No. 26-004 to Community Action Program Committee, Inc. (CAPC) and authorize the Mayor to negotiate a lease agreement. Additionally, the Council will consider awarding RFQ No. 26-008 for construction management, engineering, and inspection services for the Legion Field to Global Learning Academy sidewalk connection project to Mehta and Associates, Inc. of Pensacola, Florida.
