The City Council approved a Special Exception for a Retail Nursery and Garden Supplies Facility at 1737 Fern Park Drive. The City Council also decided to reject all bids for the City of Port Orange Hunting Lease (ITB #25-23) and extend the lease to the current Hunt Club through April 2027. A new one-year lease was offered to G&G Sportsman Club Outdoors at the same price as last year's rent. Public comments included concerns about over development and a desire to keep the hunting camp open for families.
