The City of St. Augustine Planning and Zoning Board met on May 5, 2026. Several items were continued from the April 7, 2026 meeting. The board considered variances, uses by exception, conservation overlay zone developments, and a land use plan amendment/rezoning. Specific projects included variances for setbacks and lot coverage at 28 Montrano Ave, use by exception for professional offices at 1095 Anastasia Blvd, use by exception for off-site parking at 70 Abbott St, tree removal within conservation zones at E Park Ave (PID #152400-2030), 5 N Whitney St, 500 Anastasia Blvd, and Fancher Ct (PID #160660-0120), dock construction within a conservation zone at Pelican Reef Dr (PID #158573-0110), and a future land use and rezoning at 112 Martin Luther King Ave.
