[1165 War Eagle Blvd; case SSA No. 2-2026, MP No. 1-2026] The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing and make a recommendation on Small Scale Amendment (SSA) No. 2-2026, involving the annexation of 1.1+/- acres at 1165 War Eagle Blvd. The proposed change is from Brevard County's Residential 15 future land use designation to Residential One, and from Brevard County's Rural Residential RR-1 zoning to Residential Estate (RE). The Commission will also consider Master Plan Amendment (MP) No. 1-2026 to amend the Vector Space Development of Regional Impact (DRI) to allocate 124 hotel rooms to Tract/Parcel A-5, with conditions. Additionally, the Commission will consider ordinances to administratively approve plats and replats, and to rename the Public Landscape Trust Fund to the Urban Forest Trust Fund.
