REPORT RE FINANCIAL INTERMEDIARIES, FISCAL AGENTS

Miami-Dade County Commission is directing the County Mayor or designee to prepare a report identifying all fiscal intermediaries and/or fiscal agents used by the County, Community Benefit Organizations (CBOs), and other County contracted recipients of governmental funding. The report will include the name of each intermediary/agent and the total amount paid for services rendered. This is intended to evaluate financial practices, promote transparency, and ensure efficient use of public resources. The report is due within 30 days of the resolution's effective date.
