The property, located at 13200 SW 272 Street, was conveyed for economic development purposes, with a requirement for Amazon to create at least 325 full-time jobs with a minimum average annual salary. Amazon announced plans to close the distribution facility and eliminate approximately 1,000 jobs for two years, which the Board finds violates the job requirement and the purpose of the conveyance.
